📋 Description

• Run technical demos alongside sales for firms that need a tax professional in the room • Onboard firms in groups of 5 to 10 and remain their point person until they are successful • Manage the relationship through the 8-week onboarding period • Teach webinars and training sessions • Help firms become proficient with Filed • Translate customer feedback between firms and engineering • Ensure customer feedback informs product development • Understand the product well enough to identify output that would not pass a reviewer

🎯 Requirements

• Prepared or reviewed real returns inside a real firm • Credentials are welcome but not required • Real strength in either individual returns (1040) or business returns (1065, 1120, 1120-S, 990, 1041) • Comfortable in front of customers, including demos, training, difficult conversations, and escalations • High degree of confidence in major tax platforms such as CCH Axcess, UltraTax, Lacerte, ProConnect, Drake, or GoSystem • Ability to pick up software quickly • Bonus experience with SurePrep, GruntWorx, or AutoFlow implementation, or rolling new software out across a firm • Comfortable making decisions with incomplete data • Empathetic and curious; building for the user • Highly collaborative across product, engineering, and tax • Detail-oriented but pragmatic • Owns work and welcomes accountability
