📋 Description

• Leads the strategy, development, delivery, and optimization of customer-facing digital platforms, applications, and experiences • Drives measurable improvements in customer acquisition, funnel conversion, and overall customer experience outcomes • Establishes performance objectives, operational metrics, and accountability standards • Implements AI, automation, and modern engineering practices to improve productivity and delivery velocity • Develops and executes engineering transformation roadmaps • Builds and maintains a high-performance engineering culture • Partners with Product Management leadership • Communicates technology initiatives, organizational performance, and business outcomes clearly • Evaluates emerging technologies for competitive advantage

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of progressive technology and software engineering experience • At least 8 years in senior engineering leadership roles • Demonstrated success leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives within financial services or fintech • Proven track record delivering measurable business outcomes through technology • Strong knowledge of modern software development methodologies, cloud-native architectures, DevOps practices, and digital product delivery frameworks • Demonstrated expertise in implementing AI, generative AI, and machine learning technologies within enterprise environments • Experience developing and executing technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives • Ability to influence executive leadership and drive organizational change • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Knowledge of information security, risk management, and regulatory compliance standards applicable to financial services organizations.
