📋 Description

• Own company metrics, definitions, methodology changes, restatements, and explanations for board, investors, and team reporting • Establish and operate the company’s goal-setting, weekly metrics review, executive meeting, and strategic initiative portfolio cadence • Prepare and take outright ownership of board and investor materials, diligence workstreams, financing support, outside counsel coordination, and key vendor relationships • Instrument and resolve bottlenecks across credentialing, payer enrollment, contracting, revenue cycle management, and clinical operations • Lead new-state entry analysis and launches • Coordinate multi-state corporate structure and regulatory compliance with outside counsel • Make build-vs-buy decisions and lead system migrations • Stand up functions and hire their first leaders • Create a single source of truth for company and team metrics within the first 90 days • Implement quarterly goals, weekly metrics reviews, and executive meeting follow-through within the first 90 days • Ensure every strategic initiative has an owner, status, and next decision date • Take ownership of one CEO workstream end to end by day 90

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years in consulting, investment banking, private equity/venture capital, or an operating role at a high-growth startup • Demonstrated ownership of outcomes • Exceptional written communication; ability to write clear, short, declarative materials • Experience building a deck or memo that changed someone’s mind • Strong analytical ability, including building models from a blank sheet and recognizing when a model is unreliable • Ability to operate with very little direction and independently define assumptions • Ability to work effectively with clinicians, payer representatives, healthcare lawyers, and engineers • Low-ego willingness to perform both strategic and administrative operational work • Healthcare experience, especially multi-state provider operations, payer contracting, or Medicaid (bonus, not required) • Experience at a marketplace, MSO, or other multi-sided business (bonus, not required) • Experience participating in a Series B or later fundraise from inside the company (bonus, not required) • Authorization to work in the United States or Canada
