📋 Description

• Launch and lead your own ABA practice with full operational support from Finni • Help define clinical standards, policies, and workflows for the team • Deliver and oversee ABA therapy and behavior intervention programs • Provide supervision to Behavior Technicians in the field and virtually • Conduct functional behavior assessments and produce detailed progress reports • Collaborate with families to develop and implement behavior support strategies • Ensure treatment plans reflect evidence-based best practices • Train and coach clinical staff in ABA methodology and ethical practice

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required) • State licensure (if applicable) • 3+ years of ABA experience • Leadership or supervisory background ideally • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Passion for clinical integrity, innovation, and family-centered care • Authorized to work in the United States • Valid BCBA license
