📋 Description

• Strategically manage a portfolio of projects • Create detailed project plans and manage schedules and budgets • Navigate project adjustments • Act as communication hub for project teams, partners, vendors, and clients • Set and manage expectations for teams and clients • Achieve goals through negotiation, motivation, problem-solving, and feedback • Motivate and guide team members to encourage positive energy and high-quality work • Set up and maintain projects using software tools such as Kantata or Workfront • Ensure the quality of information and communication • Coordinate approvals and finalization for timely, error-free work • Champion FINN goals, systems, and policies • Foster adherence to best practices and reinforce a culture of excellence within the team • Lead execution of cross-functional, complex projects and ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to high standards • Manage client expectations, gather feedback, and collaborate with Account teams and capability leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Prior experience in an agency setting or comparable environment working with integrated teams • 4–6 years of project management experience in an agency setting • Project management system experience is required • Experience using software tools such as Kantata or Workfront • Ability to manage cross-functional, complex projects • Ability to create detailed project plans and manage schedules and budgets • Ability to manage client expectations, gather feedback, and collaborate with Account teams and capability leaders • Ability to negotiate, motivate, solve problems, and provide feedback • Ability to coordinate approvals and finalization for timely, error-free work
