📋 Description

• Support planning, coordination, and delivery of multidisciplinary projects in master planning, programming, landscape architecture, and GIS services • Support all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution through monitoring and closeout • Coordinate project activities across planning, landscape architecture, and GIS disciplines • Assist with development and tracking of project scopes, schedules, and budgets • Support cost tracking, forecasting, and earned value management activities • Assist with contract administration, consultant coordination, and procurement activities, including public-sector contracts • Help implement project quality standards and participate in quality reviews • Prepare project status updates and reports for internal teams and government clients • Maintain accurate project documentation in accordance with company and federal requirements • Support client and stakeholder communication to ensure timely issue resolution • Collaborate with technical leads and discipline managers to support staffing and workload coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Must be an active-duty U.S. service member eligible to participate in the DoW SkillBridge Program • Must meet all applicable service-specific SkillBridge requirements • Must receive approval through the appropriate chain of command before the program start date • Must be within the authorized SkillBridge transition window before separation or retirement • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred; candidates without this education remain eligible • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team • Ability to interact professionally with clients, project team, vendors, and other external groups • Strong desire to expand knowledge and take on new responsibilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Proficient in MS Project or Primavera • Must be eligible to live and work in the United States • Valid driver's license is requested in the application form • Application form asks whether the candidate has 5+ years of AEC industry experience
