📋 Description

• Drive Modea’s complex enterprise engagements, focusing on multi-phase Enterprise Web Modernization initiatives • Lead cross-functional delivery teams through end-to-end digital transformations • Own project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and multi-vendor alignment • Identify technical and project risks early, address bottlenecks, and create contingency plans • Guide client leaders through organizational change related to new web platforms and tools • Lead enterprise website rebuilds and migrations, including content moves and design system rollouts • Guide teams and clients through agile software development practices • Use Jira and Jira Advanced Plans to map work, identify dependencies, track capacity, and estimate completion • Maintain project backlogs, plan software releases, and deliver quality work on schedule • Track project spending and team hours and protect project profitability • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams including Solutions Architects, Digital Strategists, Product Designers, Quality Analysts, and Data Analysts • Present concise project updates to client executives and senior leaders • Coach team members, refine delivery frameworks, and share project management best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strictly required • 7+ years of progressive project/product management experience leading complex technology engagements in a client-facing or agency setting • Proven history leading large-scale enterprise web redesigns, platform modernizations, or digital transformation initiatives • Deep working knowledge of Jira and Jira Advanced Plans • Expertise in agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe • Understanding of modern web setups, enterprise Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), API integrations, and cloud hosting • Ability to run sprint planning, backlog refinement, and software releases • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Preferred: CSM, CSPO, or PMI-ACP certifications • Preferred: experience configuring Jira and Confluence • Preferred: experience with DXP, Sitecore AI, Headless Sitecore (XM Cloud), and modern frontend or API frameworks • Preferred: experience managing modular design systems and atomic design workflows • Preferred: healthcare or heavily regulated enterprise experience
