• Develop, implement, and manage integrated regional marketing plans for North America • Drive lead generation and pipeline creation through digital marketing, webinars, virtual and in-person events, content syndication, and account-based marketing programs • Plan, manage, and execute trade shows, conferences, regional events, workshops, and executive roundtables across North America • Oversee event strategy, budget allocation, logistics, and post-event lead management • Partner with North America sales teams to understand regional needs, communicate marketing plans, and provide localized collateral and sales tools • Manage the lead management process • Adapt global marketing content and messaging to North American markets • Collaborate with central marketing teams to develop case studies, white papers, and solution briefs • Manage the North America field marketing budget and track ROI • Define and monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and report pipeline contribution, ROI, and regional learnings to sales and marketing leadership • Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behavior to optimize strategies • Collaborate with corporate marketing, product marketing, partner marketing, communications, and regional marketing teams
• 5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the enterprise technology or SaaS industry • 3+ years in a field marketing role covering the US and Canada • Proven success developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable results, including pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and ROI • Strong understanding of demand generation best practices, digital marketing channels, event marketing, and ABM strategies • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders across regions and time zones • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously • Analytical mindset with experience tracking, analyzing, and reporting on marketing metrics • Ability to travel across North America as needed • Ability to work as an individual contributor
