📋 Description

• Manage simultaneous global projects for multiple customers and ensure timely implementations according to best practices, policies, procedures, and implementation methodology • Plan, document, and execute all phases of the project life cycle • Manage scope, requirements, timelines, risks/issues, communications, priorities, dependencies, and resource coordination • Build relationships at all customer levels to understand needs and drive time to value • Promote change, continuous process improvement, and best-practice adoption among business and technical teams • Formulate implementation-level effort estimates and Statements of Work with customers and prospects • Provide stakeholders with comprehensive updates, including cost analysis, issue and resolution tracking, and communications with business and technology management • Partner with development, product management, sales, support, and technical engineering teams to overcome risks and drive customer time to value • Serve as the primary customer contact and own Professional Services delivery projects and the customer journey from sales handoff through services handoff

🎯 Requirements

• 3 or more years of project management experience • Proven record of successfully delivering projects to senior executives/sponsors for Fortune 500 customers • Experience managing enterprise-scale IT, Service Delivery, or similar projects, or equivalent experience • PMP Certification • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, another related technical field, or equivalent experience • Flexibility and ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities • Strong negotiation, problem solving, risk management, prioritization, decision making, and organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive-level presence, and communications facilitation experience • Success in a customer-facing role involving individual responsibility, business judgment, enterprise account management, and improving customer satisfaction • Team building, conflict resolution, and collaboration skills • Reliable and predictable attendance • Experience managing high-volume activity and many projects in a fast-paced growing organization • Ability to self-manage and prioritize • Experience within Network Security highly preferred • Spanish language skills preferred
