📋 Description

• Contribute to delivering product implementations as a member of the Product Solutions team • Work with Product, Technology, Sales, and Customer Success teams to demonstrate and support Monitoring solutions • Support discovery and solutioning for new customer monitoring implementations and post-live efforts • Participate in product development meetings to understand new functionalities and report on customer feedback • Serve as a Product subject matter expert and prepare internal stakeholders for ongoing support of product pilots and implementations • Demonstrate monitoring solutions to current and prospective customers, explaining features, benefits, and usage • Create and maintain product documentation for RFPs, FAQs, and other product collateral • Provide guidance and support in product testing and implementation • Manage high volumes of product implementation tasks and projects • Respond promptly to situations requiring swift response or turnaround • Solve problems in customer integrations and coordinate diverse stakeholders • Handle confidential information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion

🎯 Requirements

• Three or more years experience in customer implementations • Experience working closely with Sales and Client Success Teams from pre-sales through the end of the implementation lifecycle • Experience supporting enterprise-level B2B SaaS solutions • Customer-focused with a passion for user experience and working with people • Ability to understand both the technical and business sides of the product • Ability to represent the end user’s needs • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills • Ability to take charge of complex problems and engage diverse stakeholders to drive customer results • Organized and energetic team player with meticulous attention to detail • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and guidance • Ability to multitask and prioritize a high-volume workload • Willingness, desire, and aptitude to take on new tasks and develop new concepts and programs on the job
