📋 Description

• Manage assigned client digital experiences from implementation and transition through ongoing product management • Lead operational readiness practices across ServiceMac's broader digital portfolio • Partner with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to deliver and continuously improve customer-facing digital experiences • Establish consistent practices for testing, release readiness, knowledge assets, reporting, and monitoring • Collect information on customer needs and desires through market research • Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements and appraising new product ideas or changes • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements • Monitor product roadmap advancement and planning with Sales, Marketing, Development, and individual clients • Measure and communicate project progress to clients and Management • Execute product roadmap tasks and assignments • Provide direction to the product development team for product evolution and priorities • Define high-level customer requirements for customer experience, including product features and functions, target markets, and pricing • Assess market competition by comparing Company products to competitors' products • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 2-5 years’ experience in product or services development • Strong communication skills • Analytical skills • Experience in product development • Customer orientation • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications • Sound decision making and problem-solving skills • Ability to build relationships and ensure cooperation across First American product companies • Project management skills • Successful track record designing, developing, and executing projects • Must successfully complete a background check and credit check as a condition of employment, where permitted by applicable law
