📋 Description

• Lead development, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Medicaid benefit programs and supporting vendor solutions throughout the product life cycle • Partner with regional Medicaid markets to translate member needs, regulatory requirements, and market priorities into differentiated benefits • Manage vendor contracting activities, including vendor selection support, contract and SLA development, negotiations, amendments, and renewals • Lead vendor and benefit implementations, transitions, and de-implementations • Oversee vendor relationships, governance, and performance reviews • Develop vendor and benefit strategies supporting market, departmental, and corporate objectives • Drive vendor optimization and consolidation initiatives • Design, implement, and improve benefit operations, processes, and workflow best practices • Analyze vendor utilization, spend, and financial performance • Partner with Analytics teams to develop reporting and tools measuring utilization, effectiveness, and member outcomes • Identify opportunities to enhance products and services, clinical performance, financial performance, and product appeal • Design, develop, and manage new and existing products from conception through service delivery • Audit assigned plan benefit package reviews • Monitor market trends and identify product opportunities and enhancements • Review product performance and outcomes using cost and benefit analyses • Implement internal and external product training • Communicate details to market leaders and partners • Support sales and market leadership in driving competitive growth opportunities • Provide knowledge, mentorship, and leadership to peers and team members • Participate in meetings, manage deadlines, and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience • 5+ years of product and services development and management experience • Experience with assigned products • Previous experience as a lead in a functional area • Experience managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects • CMS experience and/or experience with the annual Medicare Advantage bid process preferred • Medicaid plans experience preferred • Vendor management experience within a managed care setting preferred • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to use HPMS PBP module and CMS regulatory memos/releases • Ability to manage added workload during peak season • Attention to detail with superior work quality • Ability to adhere to established project deadlines • Ability to comply with all policies and standards
