• Lead segmentation, positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and commercial success for First Due’s public safety software platform • Translate complex product capabilities into compelling customer value • Enable Sales and Customer Success and drive market adoption across Fire, EMS, Law Enforcement, Fire Prevention, Community Risk Reduction, and Emergency Management • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing product marketing team • Build and maintain segmentation strategy for current market focus and future market investments • Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging across public safety markets • Partner with executive leadership and stakeholders to update the First Due story and modernization narrative • Lead go-to-market strategy for product launches, feature releases, pricing updates, and enhancements • Influence roadmap prioritization using market insights, customer feedback, win/loss analysis, and competitive research • Own competitive intelligence across key competitors • Build launch plans aligning Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive stakeholders • Translate technical functionality into customer benefits for executive, operational, and frontline audiences • Develop sales enablement materials including battle cards, presentations, demo narratives, objection handling guides, and customer-facing collateral • Create messaging frameworks for digital campaigns, website content, demand generation, webinars, trade shows, analyst relations, and customer communications • Develop customer personas, buying journey maps, and market segmentation strategies • Measure launch effectiveness, campaign performance, pipeline influence, product adoption, and customer engagement with Revenue Operations and Marketing Analytics • Leverage AI tools for content development, competitive research, messaging refinement, and go-to-market planning • Report to the Chief Marketing Officer
• 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience with increasing responsibility • 3+ years leading product marketing strategy for enterprise software products • Demonstrated success launching enterprise SaaS products and driving market adoption • Experience developing positioning, messaging, pricing support, and go-to-market strategies for complex software platforms • Strong understanding of enterprise software buying cycles and multi-stakeholder purchasing decisions • Experience supporting Sales organizations through enablement content, competitive positioning, and product education • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills • Strong storytelling ability with experience translating technical concepts into customer-focused messaging • Successful track record leading a high-performing marketing team • Experience conducting competitive analysis, market research, and win/loss analysis • Experience using product adoption metrics, pipeline data, and campaign performance to inform strategy • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple product launches simultaneously • Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership • Experience using AI-powered tools to improve marketing productivity, content creation, and market research • Public safety, GovTech, or highly regulated B2B software experience is preferred • Familiarity with Fire, EMS, Law Enforcement, or local government technology markets is a plus • All applicants must be authorized to work for any US employer in the United States • Unable to sponsor or transition sponsorship ownership of employment visas • Hiring is contingent upon successfully passing a criminal background check
