• Support the closing process of commercial real estate transactions • Assist with administering escrow accounts • Make deposits and issue checks • Build and disburse wires • Prepare invoices • Route title comments and underwriting requests • Order title and tax updates • Assemble and calculate pricing information • Record fees and transfer tax information • Search, examine, and interpret commercial real estate documents • Audit calculations and legal documents for accuracy • Communicate recording information • Prepare legal property documents such as endorsements and supplementals • Conduct title research to compile chain of title • Create title files and prepare endorsements and supplemental documents • Coordinate the resolution and completion of the commercial title process • Administratively support timely escrow closings and title recordings for commercial real estate transactions
• High school diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of commercial title related experience preferred • Knowledge of MS Office suite • Ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies • Excellent verbal and written communication with internal team and external customers • Strong organizational skills • Detail oriented • Problem-solving skills • Eagerness to learn • Natural curiosity and interest in researching transaction history • Passion for helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude • Ability to contribute to a team and deliver beyond customer expectations
