📋 Description

• Provide patients with results on sexually transmitted infections, cancer screening, hormone testing, and general health screening via telephone, chat, and email • Serve as a primary contact for results and clinical escalations • Respond to inbound patient calls about the testing process, specific tests, and sample collection • Provide a comfortable and safe environment for patients to discuss concerns and ask questions • Follow scripts outlined by a clinical team lead • Identify and escalate clinical questions to the team lead • Adhere to client program requirements and standard operating procedures • Record interactions accurately and consistently in patient records • Follow HIPAA guidelines • Communicate effectively and professionally with team members

🎯 Requirements

• Must be willing to undergo a background check • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience working in a medical office, clinical call center, or hospital • Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients • Previous inbound/outbound call center experience, preferably in healthcare, is a plus • Telehealth experience is a plus • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Sound decision-making abilities • Ability to work some weekend days and holidays • Ability to work at a computer terminal for extended periods • Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and perform repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds • Ability to communicate verbally, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details • Must reside in one of Fuze Health’s eligible states • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
