• Owning and evolving workspace narrative and messaging strategy, ensuring alignment with product strategy, audience needs, and business priorities • Developing a deep understanding of audience mindsets across divisions and tailoring messaging and storytelling approaches to support adoption and understanding • Developing and maintaining messaging frameworks that guide feature communications, storytelling assets, and audience-specific positioning • Creating and maintaining a centralized library of always-updating narrative resources, including: messaging frameworks, talking points, feature benefits, monthly reports, demos, and success stories • Working closely with cross-functional teams and broader marketing team, to ensure unique audience and messaging needs are understood and can inform high-level strategy
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, communications, or a related discipline • Strong audience insight and ability to identify nuanced differences in customer needs, motivations, and mindsets • Demonstrated expertise in communications and narrative strategy, ideally in the tech space • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives for a variety of audiences • Deep collaborative sensibility, with the ability to build trust, create alignment, and influence outcomes across a broad range of partners and teams • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment • Ability to work as an IC, with interest in people management long-term
