📋 Description

• Establish product vision and ensure shared understanding across all parties • Collaborate and communicate with executive steering committees on roadmap priorities and recommended features • Perform product research and obtain customer feedback • Understand and validate user needs using Lean and UX design principles • Collaborate with business and technical groups to design and develop product features • Ensure product features support strategic business goals and define business KPIs to measure improvement • Develop product marketing campaigns collaboratively • Collect analytics and address shortcomings identified from collected data • Create and use wireframes to convey new feature ideas • Write development stories for Agile development teams • Provide quality assurance and usability feedback on development builds • Serve as subject matter expert for supported products • Communicate and help solve product issues and risks • Develop, define, maintain and communicate product strategy, roadmap and release plans • Prioritize product goals and objectives in the product backlog and roadmap • Understand and communicate relative pros and cons of product offerings • Measure customer satisfaction, define product success, and create action plans when measures are not met • Conduct regular customer feedback sessions • Manage product quality • Manage stakeholder relationships and communications • Manage product governance and budgeting, including cost options and cloud financial management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 7-10 years of directly related experience • Excellent customer understanding • Progressive experience working in other aspects of technology • Deep understanding of Agile, Lean and UX principles • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Proven ability to influence senior leadership within an organization • Strong written and oral communication skills • Knowledge of the general business environment and operations • General cost-benefit awareness • Innovative and forward thinking; decisive and action oriented • Experience in outcome-based delivery being business and solution focused • Working knowledge of Technology Business Management (TBM) • Experience with the Apptio financial transparency application • Ability to perform duties outside normal work hours based on business needs
