• Cultivate a customer-obsessed, product-led design culture • Facilitate stakeholder alignment around product priorities • Drive the vision and delivery of product features supporting business growth and strategic priorities • Translate product strategy into roadmaps and detailed requirements • Partner with product delivery and engineering teams to deliver value quickly and optimize resources • Prioritize product opportunities collaboratively with product and engineering teams • Define high-level customer requirements across the customer experience • Work with users to understand and validate their needs • Conduct customer feedback sessions on product features and enhancements • Develop metrics to assess feature success and determine enhancements • Participate in planning meetings and advise on product direction • Collaborate with customers and team members to understand developing needs • Assess customer behaviors, emerging trends, and industry expectations • Identify opportunities and define requirements for product differentiation and innovation while ensuring compliance • Drive the strategy and evolution of commercial payment products across ACH, wire, and instant payment rails • Apply knowledge of payment capabilities, economics, risk, and operating models to commercial banking use cases • Understand technical issues to prioritize features, reduce technical debt, and improve resiliency • Support testing strategy through quality assurance and user acceptance testing feedback
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5-7 years directly related experience in product or service development • 3+ years of experience in Agile product management • Experience in product development, requirements and risk analysis, pricing, planning, competitive analysis, and financial planning and strategy • Experience working with strategic partners • Working knowledge of Atlassian products, Miro, and Productboard • Subject matter expertise in money-movement orchestration and integration with payment systems, including checks, ACH, book transfers, wires, and real-time payments • Demonstrated leadership presence and excellent communication skills • Proven success defining and launching new products or platforms • Experience in software/technology product management and delivering features in an iterative, fast-paced environment • Ability to engage leaders and implement business solutions • Strong interpersonal, communication, decision-making, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Ability to develop and prioritize high-level product requirements • Business acumen, strategic agility, ability to develop others, influence outcomes and change, and negotiate for resources • Ability to build relationships and ensure cooperation across teams
