📋 Description

• Create and implement plans for pre- and post-product launch processes • Identify and mitigate operational risks affecting delivery timelines, quality, and end-user experience • Identify high-leverage opportunities across product development teams and turn ambiguous problems into actionable paths • Use AI, automation, and emerging capabilities to simplify work and improve decision-making • Experiment with new ways of working and translate successful approaches into scalable team practices • Enable and coach teams on new tools and ways of working • Collaborate with Data Science, Analytics, Product, and Engineering to analyze data and generate insights • Manage the product tool stack and establish usage standards and guidance • Facilitate experiments by establishing best-practice guidelines and tracking and sequencing experiments • Liaise with Product Marketing, Customer Support, and other departments to support product enablement • Collaborate with Product Managers to publish regular reporting for internal stakeholders and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product operations and/or product management • Direct experience managing product development life cycle processes • Ability to structure complex, loosely defined problems and independently drive outcomes • Strong systems-thinking skills • Hands-on experience using AI and automation • Ability to learn and experiment with emerging technologies and help others adopt new ways of working • Strong judgment and bias toward action • Experience facilitating communication, coordination, and stakeholder alignment • Experience influencing without authority • Experience conducting analysis and translating findings into actionable steps • Experience driving continuous improvement of the product development life cycle • Customer-first mindset • Experience with modern product development approaches • Experience using data mining tools, customer experience management software, and direct observation • Proficiency with MS Office and Teams, Cursor, Claude, Amplitude, Segment, Miro, Jira, and Confluence • Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
