📋 Description

• Lead and manage software development and infrastructure projects and programs • Oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously • Plan, track, and manage risks and issues • Identify necessary resources and develop project schedules • Communicate status and issues to teams and management • Mitigate risks and resolve issues across teams and programs • Run program roadmaps and coordinate stakeholders • Partner closely with engineering while maintaining hands-on fluency with the application and its technical direction • Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of executive-level enterprise programs • Develop project plans, schedules, status reports, roadmaps, scope, and governance documents • Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures • Participate in creating and executing project work plans • Own delivery end-to-end, including roadmap, prioritization, release cadence, and adoption • Enforce standard policies and procedures • Act as a thought partner with program stakeholders across business units • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and find mutually beneficial business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years working independently to deliver enterprise technology projects within complex organizations • Experience working closely with executive stakeholders • Ability to anticipate and address issues openly and quickly • Ability to tactfully communicate sensitive information • Change management skills and experience • Ability to unblock business, product, and engineering teams • Ability to provide executive-level communication of program and project status • Ability to ensure stakeholders understand program risks, issues, and activities
