📋 Description

• Create and maintain project plans, flow charts, and reporting • Coordinate scheduling with internal business owners, key stakeholders, vendors, and project managers • Serve as central project control throughout the project life cycle • Produce reports based on documentation processing, archiving, and status • Use reporting and tracking standards to measure project performance • Identify potential issues and areas for improvement and communicate results to appropriate parties • Prepare, review, and maintain project-related documentation • Maintain the internal project management site with current project information and performance indicators • Perform operational and administrative tasks to facilitate project success • Track progress to identify project needs and strategic objectives • Resolve escalated issues • Serve as a leader or resource to less experienced associates within the work group

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 1 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 5 years' experience in Project • Experience creating and maintaining project plans, flow charts, and reporting • Experience coordinating with internal business owners, key stakeholders, vendors, and project managers • Experience producing reports based on documentation processing, archiving, and status • Experience using reporting and tracking standards to measure project performance • Experience preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project-related documentation • Experience maintaining an internal project management site • Experience performing operational and administrative project tasks • Preferred: Current contractor or contingent worker for First Citizens Bank
