📋 Description

• Ensure quality delivery and maintenance support of all products and services for the assigned client • Manage and develop operational relationships with the client • Develop and manage operational and technical relationships through in-person visits and phone calls • Understand the client’s environment to maximize utilization and benefit of Fiserv solutions • Provide reporting on accomplishments and in-process activities • Influence and work cross-functionally on incident response, process improvement, and standard operating procedures • Maintain compliance with system audits, client profile updates, and administrative duties • Ensure Fiserv meets legal and contractual obligations

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience • 3+ years’ experience in customer service • Ability to travel up to 20% • Bachelor’s degree is desirable • Project Management experience would be beneficial • Enterprise problem prevention and resolution experience • Ability to make independent decisions, exercise good judgment, and manage complex issues
