• Formulate and execute direct sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets • Identify and engage key end customers by target vertical and generate sales opportunities • Maintain, manage, and build the sales pipeline in a CRM tool and report progress weekly • Work closely with channel sales, partner sales, and OEM teams to advance sales opportunities • Deliver presentations of company solutions to target end customers • Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and sales teams to nurture the pipeline • Leverage the technical partner ecosystem to extend field reach and enhance customer engagement • Provide customer and market feedback to internal product teams for continuous improvement • Influence demand for Cornelis Networks products through its global channel and OEM partner network • Drive sales to end customers using HPC, data analytics, and AI for mission-critical purposes • Travel up to 50% for in-person conferences and customer meetings
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM-related field • Minimum of 7 years of success selling High Performance Computing (HPC) or Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas • Proven success in a startup “hunter” sales environment • Experience in a sales environment where more than 50% of leads are self-generated • Proven history in developing or supporting federal scientific grant proposals • Must have influenced, authored, or responded to at least 5 grant-related RFQs in a research or sales function • In-depth understanding of the technical sales landscape for high-performance network interconnect technologies • Established relationships with key ecosystem partners and customers in higher education and automotive industry verticals • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM, and lead-generation tools • Exemplary adherence to the highest ethical standards and integrity • Must reside in the United States • Ability to travel up to 50% for in-person conferences and customer meetings
