📋 Description

• Lead administration, maintenance, and governance of operating rules for MoneyPass Group networks • Support rule management, compliance, and operational governance objectives • Partner with pricing and analytics, product management, strategy, legal, and leadership teams to update and release operating rules • Communicate network operating rule updates to internal and external stakeholders • Oversee the MoneyPass Locator and enforce MoneyPass guidelines, including fines or penalties for unresolved infractions • Oversee Dispute and Arbitration rulings to ensure operational rules are enforced • Create business-focused content explaining complex network rules, requirements, and operational changes • Resolve issues, align priorities, and support operational excellence across cross-functional teams • Champion AI adoption to improve productivity and client experience through data-driven insights, automation, and innovation • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities • Update operating rules based on regulatory changes, industry evolution, corporate initiatives, and business priorities • Translate operating rules into practical guidance for internal teams, external partners, clients, members, and participants • Stay current on payments industry trends, terminology, and regulatory considerations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proven experience writing, editing, reviewing, and accurately distributing business-critical information • High attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and consistency in governance-related documentation and communications • Strong project management and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend effective solutions • Ability to travel up to 10% • Role cannot be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Maine, or Washington • Must apply using legal name • Must complete the step-by-step profile and attach a resume
