📋 Description

• Serve as the F&P brand ambassador for appliance repairs in clients' homes • Assess and fix Fisher & Paykel products in customers' homes • Act as the first customer-facing representative for appliance repairs • Drive F&P-branded vans to appointments and repair products within the territory • Manage van stock and spare parts inventory, including ordering parts when needed • Complete service paperwork and documentation promptly • Communicate progress and obstacles to clients and the internal team • Maintain product knowledge through training media, service manuals, and training sessions • Collaborate with the sales team to service dealers within the territory

🎯 Requirements

• One to three years of appliance repair and troubleshooting experience • Ability to read, interpret, and understand schematics, diagrams, and related documents • Ability to use tools and equipment for diagnosing and completing repairs • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record • Licensed with EPA for sealed system refrigeration repairs preferred but not required • Experience servicing Fisher & Paykel appliances preferred
