📋 Description

• Assist customers with questions regarding natural gas bills and account balances • Process and assist with customer payments • Research and resolve account-related issues • Explain billing information, charges, and payment options clearly • Update and maintain accurate customer account information • Handle customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently • Follow established procedures and privacy requirements • Document customer interactions accurately • Escalate issues when additional assistance or authorization is required • Provide excellent customer service on every interaction • Cross-train on other customer accounts

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of previous customer service, call center, or office experience preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable working with billing and account information • Strong attention to detail • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems • Professional and empathetic approach to customer concerns • Reliable attendance and punctuality • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Comfortable handling potentially difficult customer interactions • Must be comfortable cross training on other accounts • Must reside in one of the eligible states: Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming • Ability to work between 6:00am and 8:00pm MST, Monday–Friday

🏖️ Benefits

• Starting pay of $14/hr • Shift differential: extra $1/hr for nights and weekends • Paid training, typically 1 week from 7:00am–4:00pm Monday–Friday (MST) • Full-time, 40 hours • Benefit eligible on the first of the month after 60 days • EOE/Veterans/Disabled/LGBT employer • E-Verify program participation
