📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients • Manage primarily inbound calls and outbound calls as needed • Assist with medication refills, referral checks, messages to doctors, and appointment confirmations • Submit documentation of calls • Multitask across several screens and programs during patient interactions • Type and talk simultaneously to document calls • Use company and client resources to handle calls accurately • Switch between tasks without losing efficiency or composure • Respond empathetically to patients and their needs • Maintain punctuality and attendance at scheduled times • Remain positive and professional in customer interactions • Cross-train as requested

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of customer service or customer support experience • 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required • Previous remote work-from-home experience is a plus • Quick learner and able to work independently • Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening • Excellent attention to detail • Must be 18 years of age • Background check required in accordance with state and federal laws • Must reside in AL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY • Verified secure, reliable, dedicated high-speed internet required • Established dedicated work area with desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection

🏖️ Benefits

• Starting pay of $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hour nights and weekends) • Paid training, typically 2 weeks • Equipment shipped to full-time employees • Set Monday–Friday shift, 11:00am–7:30pm CST • Full-time, 40 hours per week
