📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients • Manage large volumes of inbound calls in a timely manner, with outbound calling as needed • Assist patients with medication refills, referral inquiries, messages to doctors, and appointment confirmations • Submit documentation forms for calls • Multitask across several screens and programs during patient/customer interactions • Access company and client resources to handle calls accurately • Switch between tasks efficiently while maintaining composure • Demonstrate empathy toward patients and their needs • Maintain punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times • Remain positive and professional in customer interactions • Cross-train as requested

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of customer service or customer support experience • 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required • Previous remote work-from-home experience is a plus • Ability to learn quickly and work independently • Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening • Excellent attention to detail • Must be 18 years of age • Background check required in accordance with state and federal laws • Verified secure, reliable, dedicated high-speed internet service • Established dedicated work area with desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection • Ability to type and talk simultaneously to document calls

• Starting pay of $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hour nights and weekends) • Paid training, typically 2 weeks • Equipment shipped to full-time employees • Full-time, 40 hours per week • Set Monday–Friday shift • Remote work arrangement
