📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner • Make outbound calls as needed • Assist customers with medication refills, referrals, messages to doctors, and appointment confirmations • Submit documentation forms for calls • Multitask across several screens and programs during patient interactions • Type and talk simultaneously to document calls • Access company and client resources to handle calls accurately • Switch between tasks without losing efficiency or composure • Demonstrate empathy toward patients and their needs • Maintain punctuality and attendance at scheduled times • Remain positive and professional in customer interactions • Cross-train as requested

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of customer service or customer support experience • 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required • Previous remote work from home experience is a plus • Quick learner and able to work independently • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening • Excellent attention to detail • Must be 18 years of age • Background check required in accordance with state and federal laws • Verified, secure, reliable, dedicated high-speed internet service • Established dedicated work area with desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection

• Starting pay of $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) • Paid training, typically 2 weeks • Equipment shipped to full-time employees • Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week
