📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients across multiple channels • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner, with outbound calling as needed • Assist customers with refilling medications, checking referrals, sending messages to doctors, and confirming appointments • Submit documentation of calls • Multitask using several screens and programs during patient/customer interactions • Type and talk simultaneously to document calls • Access company and client resources to accurately handle calls • Switch between tasks efficiently and maintain composure • Respond empathetically to patients and their needs • Maintain punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times • Remain positive and professional in customer interactions • Cross-train as requested

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of customer service or customer support experience • 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required • Previous remote work from home experience a plus • Quick learner and able to work independently • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening • Excellent attention to detail • Must be 18 years of age • A background check applicable with state and federal laws will be required • Must reside in AL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY • Must have verified secure, reliable, dedicated high-speed internet and a dedicated work area with desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection

🏖️ Benefits

• Starting pay - $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) • Work hours - Set shift 11:00am-7:30 pm (CST); Work Days - Mon-Fri • Paid Training - typically 2 weeks from 10:00am-6:30pm (CST) • Equipment will be shipped to you for full time employees
