📋 Description

• Conduct high-volume outreach (120–200 calls per day) to prior customers seeking additional capital • Communicate via phone, email, and text to assist past clients with new financing applications • Identify client needs and align them with appropriate product offerings • Re-engage previous customers to understand their experience and generate repeat business • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead statuses within the CRM system • Demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving and task completion • Collaborate with Senior Sales Representatives by transferring qualified prospects for closing • Connect directly with business owners and introduce them to the company's financial products • Understand clients' current capital needs, gather required documentation, and prepare qualified opportunities for closing

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport with business owners • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Highly process-oriented with strong organizational skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Residence in one of the listed states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming
