📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to hospitals and healthcare clinics across the U.S. • Conduct brief surveys focused on after-hours and emergency response protocols • Ask approximately 3 standardized questions per call • Accurately document responses during each call using provided systems • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with healthcare staff • Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance • Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality standards • Protect confidential information and adhere to company policies • Communicate issues or escalations to supervisors as needed • Meet performance and attendance expectations in a remote work environment • Work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 11:00am–7:30pm EST

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, call center, or office experience required • Technical savvy; able to toggle between multiple browsers and systems using dual monitors • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently • Must be 18 years of age • Must pass a background check in compliance with state and federal laws • Previous remote work experience preferred • Secure, high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace required • Childcare for anyone 4 years of age and younger is required

• Paid training, typically 2 weeks • $1/hour shift differential for nights/weekends • Company-provided equipment for full-time, permanent employees • Benefits eligibility on the first of the month after 60 days for 40-hour employees
