📋 Description

• Route Wind River Environmental vehicles and ensure excellent customer service • Develop routes and maintain contact with technicians throughout scheduled work hours • Collaborate with team and management to modify daily routes according to customer needs • Answer incoming calls from technicians on the road and act as a communication liaison • Resolve customer, fleet, and other operational issues with customers and technicians • Monitor route changes and road construction issues and establish new routes for timely service • Manage shift emergencies and dispatch on-call technicians accordingly • Cultivate strong relationships with technicians and customers to reduce stress from last-minute schedule changes • Complete special projects and meet deadlines assigned by Central Dispatch Supervisors

🎯 Requirements

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent • A minimum of two years’ experience in route planning or logistics • Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace • Must reside within 25 miles of one of the company’s branch locations in Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, or Virginia • Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes partial weekends • Ability to understand written, oral, or diagram-form instructions • Ability to read and interpret company policies, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, maps, and road signs • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management • Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines • Ability to learn computer-based systems • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Highly detail-oriented • Ability to learn operating procedures quickly and execute consistently to standard • Strong problem-solving skills • Highly organized with strong multitasking aptitude
