🎯 Requirements
• 5-7 years retail management experience • Four-year degree, preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate others • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills • Conduct root cause analysis to diagnose and address complex business problems • Create business plans and contingency plans • Proficiency in computer use and standard office applications
