📋 Description

• Build a culture of working back from the customer and ensure exceptional customer experiences • Create and sustain a sales culture that achieves district business performance results • Execute and follow up on company merchandising and operational standards • Visit stores regularly to recognize, coach, and develop store leaders • Attract, lead, and develop teams that represent Five Below’s culture • Execute talent strategies for recruitment, retention, career growth, and succession planning • Partner with Store Managers and Human Resources on coaching, counseling, performance documentation, and employee relations • Lead the district to deliver sustained business performance and productivity • Use reports and metrics to improve sales, customer experience, profitability, shrink, payroll, and staffing • Equip store managers with business acumen, financial management knowledge, critical controls, and policy adherence • Analyze business results and store visits to drive improved performance • Build relationships with corporate business partners including HR, visual operations, and asset protection • Achieve results while adhering to quality, integrity, company policies, and applicable laws

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years retail management experience • Four-year degree, preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate others • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills • Ability to conduct root cause analysis to diagnose and address complex business problems • Ability to create business plans and contingency plans • Proficiency in computer use and standard office applications • Ability to adhere to company policies and local, state, and federal laws
