📋 Description

• Attract top talent and develop a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings • Proactively identify, source and manage talent pools aligned to business priorities • Manage full-cycle recruiting from initial outreach through offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, feedback, candidate management and offer negotiation • Ensure an excellent candidate experience that demonstrates Five Below’s culture and commitment to its employees • Develop, design and adjust sourcing strategies to attract top talent and build relationships with potential candidates • Manage open job requisitions in Workday ATS to ensure accurate tracking and metrics reporting • Compile and communicate knowledge base, industry overviews and market trends to HR and hiring managers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Required • Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience in a high-volume environment • Retail industry experience preferred • Ability to be agile, flexible and thrive in a fast paced, high growth, competitive environment with an eye towards efficiencies in process • Must project a strong business presence and can instill confidence in clients and deliver results • Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience • Well-developed interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to partner and build relationships • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Aptitude for working with highly confidential and sensitive information • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines • Experience with Workday preferred • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
