📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the assigned Forecasting and Analytics or Performance Management domain • Own domain outputs and ensure their accuracy, defensibility, and quality • Direct the analytical agenda and exercise independent judgment on methodology, assumptions, and analytical approach • Own balance and rate forecasts, assumptions, scenarios, and pricing analyses, or own performance frameworks and tracking against plan • Build, maintain, and improve models, behavioral reads, and scenario analyses • Operate, extend, adapt, and document tools and methodologies, including those transferred from external partners • Identify toolset gaps and recommend improvements to senior leadership • Produce reporting and recommendations for pricing, planning, and governance forums • Present and defend findings, recommendations, analytical approaches, and conclusions to internal stakeholders • Maintain working relationships with Finance and Data and Analytics regarding actuals, canonical data, and reconciliation inputs • Resolve methodology and data disagreements with partner functions and escalate unresolved issues with recommended paths forward • Perform special projects and additional duties as required • Adhere to regulatory and compliance policies, standards, applicable laws, and required training

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience • 8+ years in deposit pricing, forecasting, financial analysis, or a related quantitative finance discipline • Hands-on command of quantitative analysis and financial modeling applied to a deposit or balance sheet portfolio • Ability to own a forecast or performance model end to end, including assumptions, methodology, and output defense • Fluency in deposit or banking economics, including balances, rates, cost of funds, and the levers that move them • Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field preferred • Banking or financial services experience, particularly consumer deposits, preferred • Experience with deposit forecasting, behavioral modeling, or price elasticity analysis preferred • Experience operating and independently extending a model or tool transferred from an external partner preferred • Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills • Ability to explain analytical outputs to a non-technical audience • Comfort working with large, imperfect data sets • Ability to operate, extend, and document transferred tools or methodologies • Strong attention to detail and reconciliation discipline • Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships • Ability to comply with applicable regulatory and compliance policies, standards, and laws
