📋 Description

• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders to understand business needs, evaluate current processes, and identify opportunities for improvement through Workday solutions • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and reporting requirements • Develop business cases and solution recommendations aligned with organizational objectives and Workday best practices • Attend stakeholder meetings and discovery sessions to define requirements, evaluate options, and gain alignment on proposed solutions and process changes • Serve as a Workday subject matter expert by researching system capabilities, assessing impacts, and presenting recommendations, risks, and alternatives • Collaborate with HRIS developers, technical resources, and vendors to translate business requirements into functional specifications • Support successful delivery of approved solutions • Coordinate and support testing activities, including test planning, test script creation, user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and validation of system enhancements • Stay informed of Workday releases, new functionality, and industry best practices • Provide guidance on enhancing system utilization, employee experience, and operational efficiency • Perform special projects and additional duties as required • Maintain compliance with applicable policies, standards, laws, and regulations and complete required compliance training

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field • 4+ years of HRIS, HR Technology, or Business Systems experience • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and facilitating stakeholder discussions • Experience supporting testing activities, including UAT planning and execution • 3 years of Workday functional experience supporting Human Capital Management business processes preferred • Experience supporting one or more Workday functional areas, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, or Absence preferred • Experience participating in Workday implementations, optimization projects, or major enhancements preferred • Workday certifications or Workday training coursework preferred • Strong understanding of Workday functionality and HR business process design • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Ability to evaluate multiple solution options and present recommendations to business stakeholders • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build consensus across varying levels of the organization • Ability to facilitate meetings and requirement gathering sessions • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and interpretation of workforce information • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams • Strong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
