📋 Description
• Build and maintain a close, trust-based relationship with clients; • Monitor the development of clients' integrations; • Act as a consultant by understanding client pain points and proposing the best integration flow; • Provide technical support to clients for API integrations when needed; • Collaborate with Sales, Support and Tech teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication; • Comfortable navigating technical topics, especially systems and APIs; • Strong analytical mindset and critical eye to identify improvement opportunities and troubleshoot issues; • Highly solution-oriented, focused on delivering value and a great customer experience; • Ability to translate technical requirements into business language and vice versa.
