📋 Description

• Traffic and Media Management • Multichannel Strategy: Plan, create and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and programmatic media. • Account Setup: Perform full setup of Business Manager accounts, Google Merchant Center and other ad platforms for new clients and audit existing client accounts. • Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign performance daily with a focus on business KPIs such as ROAS, CPA and CAC. • CRM and Sales Automation • Kommo Implementation: Configure and structure Kommo CRM (or similar platforms) for new clients, defining funnel stages and automations. • Lead Integration: Ensure 100% of leads generated by campaigns are automatically entered into the CRM with correct tags and sources. • Conversational Automation: Create automation flows for WhatsApp and email to support lead nurturing and conversion. • Tracking and Data Intelligence • Data Infrastructure: Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4 and Conversion APIs (CAPI). • Advanced Tracking: Configure pixels, tags and custom events to ensure correct attribution of each conversion. • Integrated Reporting: Build dashboards that unify traffic data with CRM sales data, providing a clear view of ROI.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing high-performance paid traffic. • Technical proficiency configuring Kommo CRM (preferred) or similar tools (RD Station, HubSpot). • Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4. • Experience implementing Conversion APIs and server-side tracking. • Strong analytical skills to interpret large volumes of data and translate them into strategic actions. • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI).
