📋 Description

• Create, facilitate, and adjust New Employee Training for successful onboarding • Plan, develop, and provide training and professional learning programs for adult learners • Support Professional Learning Communities for instructional staff • Lead and facilitate tasks related to the Annual Professional Learning Conference • Use organizational goals and data to create innovative learning solutions • Work with supervisors across the organization to identify needs and provide personalized training, resources, and support • Write course descriptions, record attendance, and award professional development points for recertification tracking • Evaluate professional learning sessions, projects, and programs and implement changes as needed • Analyze departmental processes and procedures for effectiveness and enhancement opportunities • Review professional learning programs for alignment with Florida and national online teaching standards and internal policies • Maintain current documentation and shared digital folders • Contribute to initiatives supporting national growth • Collaborate with department members on assigned projects • Maintain knowledge of learning and development industry trends • Meet deadlines, honor schedules, and coordinate resources and meetings effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Valid Florida Professional Teaching Certificate preferred • Three years’ experience leading professional learning at the school, district, or corporate level • Three years’ teaching experience, preferred • One year of online teaching experience, preferred • Knowledge of the Florida Professional Learning Standards • Knowledge of the National Standards for Quality Online Teaching • Ability to apply training best practices and instructional design principles • Knowledge of evaluation and analysis methods for content and delivery processes • Ability to apply quality methods of instruction for adult learners • Ability to write and assess learning objectives • Knowledge of computer operation and Microsoft Office • Ability to quickly learn technology skills and support customers with troubleshooting • Ability to evaluate, audit, deduce, and/or assess data and/or information using established criteria • Ability to exercise independent judgment to adopt or modify methods and standards • Strong customer service skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet aggressive deadlines • Ability to apply principles of persuasion and/or influence • Ability to work varying shifts to meet training schedule needs • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback • Ability to collaborate and strategize effectively with teammates and stakeholders • Ability to avoid conflict and reach mutually beneficial solutions • Strong interpersonal communication abilities
