📋 Description

• Create enthusiasm for FlexTrades’ traveling manufacturing trades positions, including CNC Machinists, Engineers, Welders, Maintenance Technicians, and Assemblers/Builders • Interview, screen, and submit qualified candidates for skilled manufacturing job openings at client company locations throughout the nation • Conduct 300+ weekly outbound recruiting calls, texts, and emails to build a strong candidate pipeline • Meet or preferably exceed 10 hours of recruiting phone time per week • Determine candidate requirements by studying job descriptions, qualifications, and technical notes • Use recruiting software to manage candidate and employee information and efficiently fill recruiting orders • Use job boards and the internet to source and recruit candidates for placement • Answer skilled industrial candidates’ and employees’ questions regarding FlexTrades opportunities • Assign and evaluate skill, character, and reference assessments • Maintain employee relationships through courteous phone customer service and timely issue reporting • Meet or exceed weekly activity and output metrics • Perform basic administrative duties associated with recruiting and deployment • Act as a FlexTrades Core Values champion • Perform all other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of highly effective, demonstrated, direct, and recent recruiting experience in a high-volume/fast paced environment • Experience in agency recruiting within a travel-based or project-based workforce model required • Experience working in an 100% remote environment required • Experience meeting high standards of weekly metrics and/or key performance indicators • Experience using Application Tracking Systems (ATS), MS Word, Outlook, & Microsoft Teams • Strong desire and willingness to learn new skills • Ability to maintain strong organizational skills in fast paced environment • Positive and productive attitude • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent phone manner • Exceptional customer service skills • Strong multitasking skills • Available to work occasional nights and weekends during large scale worker deployments or significant order backlogs • Experience with Bullhorn One ATS is preferred
