📋 Description

• Develop compelling grant proposals advancing Adena Health's strategic priorities and community health initiatives • Support the full grant development lifecycle, from identifying and vetting opportunities through proposal writing and submission • Coordinate post-award reporting • Source content from team members across departments • Shape project ideas into fundable concepts • Coordinate internally with finance and program staff and externally with partners • Report to the Manager of Sponsored Programs

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree required • De-escalation training within 6 months • Associate's Degree with 3–5 years related experience • Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Public Health, Non Profit Management or related field preferred • Certified Grants Professional (GPC) preferred • Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years related experience preferred • Strong writing skills • Ability to identify and align grant opportunities with organizational priorities • Ability to frame programs and data persuasively for funders • Ability to collaborate across departments with finance, program staff, and external partners
