📋 Description

• Process, validate, and audit customer orders across Salesforce and Google Sheets • Perform routine order audits to verify billing triggers, line items, and payment terms against customer contracts • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to resolve order discrepancies, billing holds, and contract questions • Maintain accurate order documentation and master data supporting invoicing and revenue recognition • Identify bottlenecks and streamline daily order-processing workflows • Manage daily order queues to meet fulfillment timelines and internal service-level agreements

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in billing operations and accounts receivable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, typically gained over 2 to 5 years • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Google Sheets • Strong analytical skills using Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas • Ability to read and interpret complex legal language, including billing triggers, payment terms, and government-specific Grant or FOIA clauses • Strong attention to detail • Proven ability to audit datasets, catch errors, and reconcile discrepancies across internal tools • Authorization to work lawfully in the United States • Ability to meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) certification requirements if required
