• Administer, implement, and manage HVAC equipment projects • Own assigned projects’ scope of work, schedule, and budget • Plan and analyze assigned projects • Establish schedules, project parameters, and procedures for complex equipment applications • Communicate with customers and representatives, including building owners, mechanical contractors, other trades, subcontractors, and field support staff • Investigate customer concerns, implement corrective action, and communicate with customers and assigned staff • Compare estimated ship dates with contractors’ project schedules and ensure compliance with internal equipment ordering processes • Maintain forecasted cost-at-completion accuracy and control expenses by monitoring project budgets • Create and revise project schedules, including tasks, estimates, dependencies, and milestones • Enter equipment orders, issue purchase orders, and generate work orders for equipment start-ups • Complete timely equipment takeoffs from LCU mechanical plans
• Associate’s Degree in business or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years of project management, equipment, HVAC or related experience; OR a minimum of four (4) years of project management, equipment, HVAC or related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature equipment preferred • Strong, demonstrated customer service and problem solving skills • Strong communication skills • Proactive approach with willingness to work independently and as part of a team • Proven experience prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail
