📋 Description

• Own customer implementations end to end from kick-off through integration, configuration, QA, Flossy HQ training and supported go-live • Work directly with practice teams to understand operations, workflow breakdowns and agent requirements • Integrate AI agents with practice management systems, phone systems and real-time scheduling data • Translate scheduling rules, practice policies and call-handling preferences into AI agent configurations • Decide where to customize versus standardize agent implementations • QA every build end to end and prepare pilots to meet success criteria • Support customers through training and go-live • Serve as the technical point of contact after launch • Troubleshoot issues on live customer accounts • Partner with Customer Success, Product and Engineering • Track go-live timelines, launch quality and agent performance • Build implementation playbooks, templates, processes and tooling • Run multi-location rollouts from successful pilots to organization-wide deployments

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in implementation, onboarding, solutions engineering or technical customer success at a B2B SaaS company • Track record of getting software live for customers and delivering measurable results • Strong technical acumen with integrations, APIs and systems data • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues • Excellent judgment in identifying customer needs, distinguishing requirements from edge cases and making tradeoffs • Hands-on and organized approach while running multiple launches on tight timelines • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with practice owners, front-office teams and engineers • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Experience implementing AI-native products, conversational AI, voice agents or workflow automation is advantageous • Familiarity with practice management systems is advantageous • Experience rolling out software across multi-location groups or franchises is advantageous • Previous early-stage startup experience is advantageous • Experience with dental, healthcare or other complex operational workflows is advantageous • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must answer visa sponsorship question for work in the United States
