📋 Description

• Shape product strategy, vendor partner roadmap, and digital experiences for member navigation and steerage • Lead digital product collaboration with external steerage, navigation, and value-based care partners • Define signal and outcome flows within Gravie’s member navigation framework • Own the roadmap for member outcomes, operator workflows, campaign and eligibility logic, and outcome tracking • Implement member navigation programs from a digital product perspective • Define steerage workflows, handoffs, and dependent cross-team workflows • Define and own steerage outcome metrics with clinical and care teams • Own member escalation and resolution flows across internal teams • Refine processes to prioritize and resolve member escalations • Identify digital product opportunities to improve Gravie Care scale efficiency • Frame build-versus-buy-versus-partner decisions for the case management platform • Identify opportunities for Agentic AI to drive personalization and efficiency at scale

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in or working with digital product management • Domain depth in care navigation, provider/drug steerage, or pharmacy benefits • Experience designing and measuring causality between outreach and claim impact • Working knowledge of how health plans pay for care, including deductibles, accumulators, and claims • Experience selecting or implementing an operational platform such as case management or CRM • Experience managing external partners
