📋 Description

• Oversee on-time, on-budget delivery of the Moveworks platform to achieve customer results • Complete implementation projects using leading-practice methodology • Collaborate with customer project teams and involved partners • Ensure governance, risk mitigation, and issue mitigation • Assemble and lead project resources, clarify planned tasks, track progress, and manage deviations • Lead initial Moveworks implementations and new product offerings • Manage engagement governance, timeline, scope, risk, change management, resourcing, and reporting • Help customers identify, map, build, and launch agentic workflows • Provide change-management best practices for adoption and organizational readiness • Work with Sales, partners, and customers to understand engagement challenges, issues, and delivered value • Align deliverables with customer goals and serve as the single point of contact • Mentor team members and partners • Identify gaps between actuals and plan of record, propose solutions, and drive resolutions • Share customer insights with Product for design and development cycles • Partner with Customer Success Managers on post-launch transition and support

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving • 4+ years of progressive experience leading software implementations, SaaS preferred, with enterprise customers, or equivalent education/experience • Project management experience including scope control, budgeting, estimating, and resource management • Ability to creatively propose technical solutions and communicate technical concepts clearly and efficiently • Strong problem-solving ability and process focus • Experience building internal and external relationships, including with senior-level executives • Experience running projects independently • Experience driving complex issues through analysis and resolution • Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams • Bachelor's degree • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
