📋 Description

• Lead clients through their ELC (Experiential Learning Cloud) onboarding journey from kickoff through launch • Own end-to-end onboarding timelines for multiple simultaneous customer implementations • Schedule and facilitate kickoff meetings, setup reviews, database reviews, and coaching transitions • Set and manage realistic go-live dates and flag timeline risks • Serve as the primary customer contact and build trust throughout onboarding • Translate customer goals and constraints into implementation scope and recommend trade-offs • Deliver regular internal and customer status updates covering progress, risks, and next steps • Identify and escalate customer frustrations, adoption blockers, and engagement gaps • Coordinate with Product and Support teams on questions, feature requests, and technical issues • Collaborate with Account Management on renewal planning and post-launch expansion opportunities • Manage scope and expectations and prevent scope creep • Design ELC database structures with Product and customers • Set up and create client database elements • Conduct database reviews to validate builds against requirements and best practices • Advise customers on ELC functionality, including site placement, groups and assignments, data management, and integrations • Document customer configurations, go-live dates, stakeholders, and special requirements in Jira and supporting systems • Create or customize onboarding templates • Provide implementation feedback to improve the onboarding process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • 2–4 years in project management, customer success, or implementation roles in SaaS or EdTech • Experience onboarding higher education institutions strongly preferred • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and customer relationships • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Comfort with Jira, spreadsheets, and project timelines • Excellent verbal and written communication • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences • Problem-solving and self-directed ownership of challenges • Ability to collaborate across teams • Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities • Experience in higher education, EdTech, or non-profit sectors preferred • Familiarity with instructional design, experiential learning, or field experience program models preferred • Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, or similar project management platforms preferred • Background in software implementation, data migration, or system integration projects preferred • Project Management certification such as PMP or CAPM preferred • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role
