📋 Description

• Lead customer discovery sessions to gather, clarify, and document functional and technical requirements, including segmentation structure • Serve as the main point of contact during onboarding, conduct meetings, and provide updates • Create databases and segments • Complete core system configuration and implement ancillary applications according to approved requirements, solution designs, and implementation standards • Perform data mapping, cleansing, and transformation using customer data • Conduct hands-on quality assurance testing after data migration, integrations, data moves, or segmentation changes • Ensure solutions meet defined requirements before customer go-live • Collaborate with customers, Implementation Project Managers, and internal teams • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of technical/implementation project management experience, ideally focused on Enterprise applications • Experience managing software integration into complex environments • Healthcare industry experience preferred • CMMS administration experience preferred • Advanced knowledge of regulatory agency standards, including NFPA and Joint Commission • Ability to work across Users, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Product Management stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail • Ability to triage and prioritize support requests across multiple projects • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience • Ability to build strong, trusted relationships with colleagues • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Valid driver's license question appears in application, but is not stated as a job requirement
