📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation projects • Introduce customers to CSI digital banking solutions and implementation processes • Gather implementation requirements and ensure alignment with customer expectations • Conduct data gathering sessions to understand file movement and system configuration needs • Configure applications and support system setup activities • Lead testing and review sessions with financial institution customers • Deliver training and support customers through the go-live process • Provide post-implementation support to ensure a successful transition • Stay current on product enhancements and new functionality • Ensure accurate and efficient customer data conversions • Complete accurate product configurations • Support smooth implementation and go-live experiences • Promote customer confidence and satisfaction with digital banking solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in banking, fintech, software implementation, customer onboarding, project coordination, or a related field • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Banking, digital banking, or financial technology experience preferred • General bank accounting knowledge preferred • Experience supporting software implementations or customer conversions preferred • Familiarity with digital banking products and online banking platforms preferred • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future • Travel up to 25%
